Mr. Sharafudheen Pakyara has completed his master degrees in M.Com and MSc Psychology from reputed universities in India. Additionally, he has secured TTC in Urdu, NLP Basic and Montessori TTC. He has shown his expertise in the domain of Islamic psychology, family counselling, stress management and parenting. He is currently functioning as the Managing Director of Pioneer Academy Chattanchal, Kasaragod, Academic Coordinator of Hasaniya Orphanage Pallikare, Kasaragod, Coordinator of Roulathul Uloom Pre-school Poochakkad, Coordinator of Noorul Huda English Medium School, Kotikulam, Kasaragod, Academic Coordinator of Niswa Women's College, Mananthawady, Wayanad, SMF State Trainer, and Vice principal of Sa-adiya Arts and Science College.

The potential and expertise he acquired in the domain of teaching and learning by catering to the real needs of the public contribute to the pruning of individual genius of people along with providing numerous societal skills. The various academic positions he has so far undertaken are reflective of his managerial skill as an effective leader who can successfully lead organisations with flying colours.

Mr. Asif Fazily is a Ph.D. scholar in English at Shaharanpur University in Uttar Pradesh. He holds master's degrees in Psychology (MSc) from Madras University and M.A. English from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Mr. Fazily completed his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from the University of Calicut and Master of Education (M.Ed) from Tamil Nadu Teacher Education University. Additionally, he pursued various courses, including an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management, Transactional Analysis from the University of Calicut, NLP from Ernakulam Atmamitra, Hypnotism from Positive India, Trainers Training from Markaz Ihram, and Positive India.

Furthermore, Mr. Fazily achieved a third rank in theology, earning the title of FAZILY after an intensive eight-year course in theological jurisprudence combined with material education from Al-Ihasn group of institutions in Vengara, Malappuram. 

In his professional journey, he has served as a lecturer at Kondotty Cooperative College, Principal of Madeena Maqdoom Women's and Arts College in Malappuram, Principal of Manshar English School in Mangalore, a member of the curriculum development team at New Bee Islamic Pre-school in Mangalore, a curriculum developer at Noor Valley Pre-school in Kasaragod, and Vice Principal at Sa-adiya English Medium School in Kasaragod. He has also held various roles such as chief coordinator of Al Ihsan Distance Education in Theology, academic director of Athibyan Preschool in Thrikkarippur, Kasaragod, chief advisor of Majlis English School in Mangalore, and chief advisor of Nourath English School in Mangalore.

Mr. Fazily is known for his unique teaching and mentoring methods, aiming to enlighten and uplift his students and society at large. He has designed special curricula for Kindergarten and different Distance Education courses, pioneering Al Ihsan Distance Education Centre. He has conducted over a hundred training programs in Communicative English, TA, Motivation, Exam Anxiety, Mind Power, Effective Teaching, and Psychology-related topics, receiving wide applause from the public for their relevance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Asif Fazily has been a keen observer, remaining flexible to incorporate necessary inputs based on feedback from stakeholders. He adheres to the belief in growing alongside his clients, teaching, and mentoring them to reach new heights of success.
