COURSE DETAILS


  • 1-Month Online Yoga Training focused on women’s health.
  • Fee: ₹1000 for the first month; ₹500 for subsequent months.
  • Flexible Class Timings:
    • Morning: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
    • Late Morning: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    • Evening: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    • Days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
  • Targeted Yoga for hormonal balance, energy, and stress relief.
  • Relief from: Menstrual disorders, PCOD, sleep issues, mood swings, and excess fat.
  • Access to Instructional Videos for continued practice.
